In case of a refund, it will be issued after the item is returned to our warehouse and after checking the quality of the item.

Once the quality checks are complete, we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card.

Exchange and return conditions:
- Exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

-The product is unused.

- The product must be in its original condition when you received it.

- No tags or accessories have been removed from the purchased item.

- The product must be in the original bag with all its components and accessories.

- The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of exchange and return.

- Exchanges and refunds are one-time only.
